Find your latest order updates using the secure link in your confirmation email, or track a Royal Mail shipment below.

1. Find your confirmation.
   Search your inbox for “Meeraa Jewels”. Check your junk or spam folder too.
2. Open your secure order link.
   Tap the order-status link in your order confirmation or shipping email, usually labelled “View your order”. If your confirmation arrived by text, use the link in that message.
3. Check your delivery progress.
   Follow any verification prompts to see your order and available tracking. You may need your order number and the email address or phone number used at checkout.

Sent with Royal Mail?

For a tracked Royal Mail shipment, have your shipment tracking number ready. This is different from your Meeraa Jewels order number.

Tracking becomes available when a tracking number is added to your order. Carrier updates may not show movement straight away. If your order has several shipments, check each one separately.

Contact Meeraa Jewels through our website with your order number, if you have it, and the email address used at checkout. We’ll help you find your order.
